The terms of service applies to ordering and receiving a commission from me. You must agree to these terms in order to receive a commission.

Terms of Service

If you would like to receive a commission from me, you can privately message me on any of my social media pages. These accounts are linked at the home page.Once I get back to you about your interest in a commission, we'll discuss the elements of the drawing, any preferences, as well as estimated timeframe that it will be completed in.Note: I am currently a full time college student with extracurriculars and personal obligations. Life comes before art, and as such, commissions may be completed earlier or later than estimated.Understand that I take payment via PayPal and Venmo only. Payment must be sent after approving the sketch.I will not start the piece/design unless the preview sketch has been approved and payment has been received.If the commission takes longer than 2 months to be completed, I will send a full refund back to you.Once the commission is finished, I can send over the files via email, Discord or Instagram's direct messaging to ensure its the highest quality.Commissions get highest priority at all times.

Rules

  • I have every right to refuse a commission for whatever reason I see fit. This includes: harassment with messages regarding time or frequent changes, failure to pay for the work, and claiming credit for my work.

  • If the commissioned art is uploaded anywhere not by my accounts, credit to me MUST be mentioned somewhere.

  • My art is NOT to be used in: AI, NFT, Blockchain or Cryptocurrency productions.

  • Failure to respect these rules will lead to a ban from any further services from me, as well as a spot on a blacklist.
